Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Pad Up, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5.2 Payment Methods:
We accept various payment by bank transfer only. Payment must be made in advance to confirm the order. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5.3 Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order but is merely an acknowledgment of receipt. We reserve the right to limit quantities, verify information, and cancel orders if necessary.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping:
We ship products within Pakistan. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We strive to deliver products within the estimated delivery time, but we are not liable for any delays or damages during shipping.
6.2 Risk of Loss:
The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
7.2 Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
7.3 Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as gift cards, clearance items, and customized products, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
7.4 Right to Refund
Pad Up shall inspect the items upon receiving them as a return to ensure that the items are in fact unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by their original receipt.
7.5 Cost of Refund
For any items being returned, the customer will need to arrange a safe and professional courier service. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the items are delivered back to us. Pad Up shall not take any responsibility or loss or damage of items during the delivery, which may cause the refund to not be processed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pad Up or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.
