If you can prove that we have sold a counterfit product, we will arrange a refund of the product and source the same item for free for you from a vendor of your choice.

Most manufacturers now have QR codes, barcodes or other methods to verify the authenticity of their products. These methods enable manufacturers to track the entire life cycle and journey of their products through their authorised distributors, who can then track their sale to their registered vendors, such as Pad Up.

To verify the authenticity of your purchase, you can visit the manufacturer website and register/authenticate your product. For example, Nox rackets can be verified and registered through this link.

Similarly, you shall be able to verify most products through the manufaturer's website.

Once you have collected all evidence that relates to the inauthenticity of your purchase, simply contact us on info@padup.pk and we will guide you through the next steps. Please note that inauthenticity claims can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
