Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation.
Shipping time is 2-4 working days across Pakistan.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping charge will be applied to all orders. For bulky orders, the website shall calculate the shipping charges automatically.

We deliver through trusted courier services such as TCS, Leopard, M&P, and Pakistan Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please refer to our full return and return policy in the store policy section.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as gift cards, clearance items, and customized products, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
